Turnaround of an 80 year old wholesale/retail bakery from a three-year loss to a profit. Then was able to sell the business to a large out-of-state conglomerate.

Owned and operated a medium-sized multi-unit hospitality corporation (included motel, coffee shops, in-plant feeding, bakery, vending and catering).

Developed a multi-million dollar "Full Service" food service company. Operated more than 100 profit centers.

Improved and grew a mobile catering company by 54% within a two-year time frame.

Turned more than 100 poorly performing facilities into strong growth, profitable operations.

Developed nationally recognized training and career development program.
